Pricing for expiring federal contract alerts

Two plans, billed monthly in US dollars. Every plan emails you the federal contracts whose period of performance is about to end in the NAICS codes and states you choose: the incumbent, the agency, the end date, the amount, and a renewal score with its reasons. You see the recompete coming while there is still time to talk to the customer.

Solo

$49 per month

3 NAICS codes, 5 states

$2/mo for each NAICS code beyond 3

Pro

$99 per month

Unlimited NAICS codes, unlimited states

  • CSV export
  • Incumbent watch: alerts on an incumbent’s other expiring work

Both plans include the weekly or daily digest, the dashboard, and the renewal score with its reasons. Billed monthly through Stripe; cancel from the billing portal and the alerts run to the end of the period you have paid for. These figures are read from the same plan record the checkout charges, so the page cannot drift from the bill.

Start with your email address

You choose your codes, your states and your plan before you pay. Sign-in is by emailed link; there is no password.

What every plan includes

  • An email digest, weekly or daily. You pick. It lists the contracts that entered your window since the last one. A contract you have already been sent comes back only if its end date, its amount or its score changed.
  • Your window. Contracts ending within 90, 180 or 365 days, above a minimum contract size you set, in your codes and states.
  • Everything needed to act on each line. The incumbent, the awarding agency, the NAICS code, the place of performance, the end date and the days left, the amount, the renewal score with the rules that fired, and the award identifier to look it up on USAspending.
  • Up to 25 contracts per email, soonest first. The rest wait for the next digest rather than being dropped.
  • The dashboard, with every match for your profile in one list.
  • No sales call and no annual commitment. One-click unsubscribe on every email, without signing in.

Which plan fits

Solo is for a company that bids in a few NAICS codes, in up to 5 states. Each code beyond 3 adds $2 a month, so Solo with 27 codes ($97 a month) still costs less than Pro.

Pro is the plan when you need more than 5 states, more than 27 codes, a CSV export of your matches, or incumbent watch: name the companies holding the work you want, and get their expiring contracts whatever the NAICS code or state.

How billing works

  • Charged monthly in advance through Stripe Checkout. Findingbase never sees or stores your card.
  • Cancel or switch plans from the Stripe billing portal. A cancelled subscription runs to the end of the month already paid for.
  • If a payment fails, alerts keep running while the card issuer retries.
  • The full terms, taxes and refunds included, are in the terms of service.

Before you buy, look at your own codes

The data behind the alerts is public on this site. Find your NAICS code in the directory and see the contracts ending soonest, nationally and by state. The national picture shows how much work ends in the next 12 months, and how to find recompetes early explains what an end date does and does not tell you.

Pricing: common questions

Is there a free trial?

No. What is free is the public catalogue: every NAICS code page, national and by state, lists the ten contracts ending soonest, each linked to its record on USAspending, with no account. To get the alerts you sign up with your email address, choose your codes, states and plan, and pay through Stripe; alerts begin once the subscription is active.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, from the Stripe billing portal, with no call and no notice period. The subscription runs to the end of the month you have already paid for and is not renewed. A month that has started is not refunded, except for a charge made in error on our side.

What if I need more NAICS codes on the Solo plan?

Add them: $2/mo for each NAICS code beyond 3, billed with the plan. You can also switch plans from the billing portal.

Does Findingbase find solicitations or bid for me?

No. It watches the end dates of contracts that have already been awarded, which is the step before a solicitation. Solicitations are published on SAM.gov, which is free. Findingbase does not sell contracts, write proposals or speak to an agency for you, and it is not affiliated with any government agency.

Are the prices the amounts charged?

Yes. Prices are in US dollars and are what Stripe charges each month, in advance. They are read from the same plan records the checkout uses. If a price changes, the address on the account is told by email at least 30 days before it applies.
