Why separate products rather than one

The products answer different questions for different people. A registered US federal vendor wants to know which contracts in its industry are about to end. A sales team in Europe wants a list of companies it is allowed to approach. Nothing about the data, the rules or the buyers overlaps, so putting them behind one login would make each one harder to understand.

  • Separate applications. Each product is its own codebase, deployed and updated on its own. Findingbase US and Findingbase international share a domain name, not a server process.
  • Separate databases. An account, a subscription or a search on one product does not exist on the others. Nothing is shared, copied or matched between them.
  • Separate rules. Findingbase US follows US law on commercial email (CAN-SPAM). The European products follow European law on company data and prospecting (GDPR, and each register’s own publication restrictions).

What they share

The name, the logo, and the operator. All are published by the same French sole trader, whose identity and postal address appear in the footer of every page and in each product’s legal pages. The same working principle applies everywhere: public data, stated sources, and a plain statement of what the software does and does not do.

Which one do you need?

If you bid on US federal contracts, stay here. If you prospect companies in Europe, go to Findingbase international; for France specifically, findingbase.fr. No product will redirect you to another on its own: the link is in the footer of every page, and the choice is yours.
